Albany Strollers & Rollers bike path mural
This mural will be located on a major thoroughfare in Albany, CA that promotes green modes of transportation in conjunction with Albany community organizations. We are working hard to secure a location to install this mural in the summer of 2025.
Fairmont Elementary School garden mural
We’re beautifying this space with 3 educational spot murals.
The three subjects from left to right are:
“What makes healthy soil?”
“Gardening at Fairmont”
“Metamorphosis of a Butterfly”.
For this particular content, biological accuracy is important. We included the scientific and Latin names as well as any labels that would support Ms. Claire’s garden lessons. Additionally, we made sure the animals and plants are fun, easily recognizable and approachable with bright colors to help kids get excited about garden class.
Planned welcome wall at Fairmont elementary school.
Highlights of this welcome wall include some of Fairmont’s unique and amazing programs such as the “Read to a dog” partnership with the El Cerrito Library, the garden program, and the African American Parent Advisory Committee.
